How to Make a Reservation to Referee:
Go to the Referees Reservation Card. Fill the form out on-line and submit. You should receive a response from the CEO within 72 hours.
Hotel Information:
THS is the official housing service for the event. A special block of rooms, the Referees Hotel, has been set aside at a lower rate. This hotel is not being offered to general event attendees. However, if you prefer a broader selection, you can log onto the general event hotel information for a wider selection of properties at varying price points -- all within close proximity to the MARTA transportation system.

All reservations should be made through the official housing service for the event. You will need to make your own reservation and arrangements with roommates. Hotel rooms are NOT provided by the event and expenses are NOT reimbursed.
Transportation (MARTA):
A MARTA pass will be provided to every official who is scheduled to work all three days of the event. This pass will provide you with unlimited trips on the MARTA rail and bus system from Thursday through Sunday. Hotels, shopping and restaurants are all conveniently accessed with MARTA. Make sure to note whether or not you need a pass on your Reservations Form.
Referees Meeting:
This meeting is MANDATORY for all those wishing to referee at the BSNQ. That means, you must attend. It will be held Thursday, March 24th, 2005 at 9:00 PM. Refereeing assignments and other tournament information will be covered at this meeting.
Travel Arrangements:
Please make sure your ETA in Atlanta is early enough to attend the Officials Meeting and your departure is late enough on Sunday to be able to officiate the entire day. Most all play on Sunday will conclude by 4:00 PM. If you have ordered a MARTA pass, it will be sent to you prior to the event. You can then use MARTA to get to your hotel and the Georgia World Congress Center for the meeting on Thursday night.

Thursday -- Referees Meeting, 9:00 PM, Georgia World Congress Center, Room TBA
Friday -- Play begins at 8:00 am, ends at 9:00 PM approximately, Georgia World Congress Center
Saturday -- Play begins at 8:00 am, ends at 9:00 PM approximately, Georgia World Congress Center
Sunday -- Play begins at 8:00 am, ends at 4:00 PM approximately, Georgia World Congress Center
Match Fees & Payment Method $25 per match:
Match fee is $25 (1st or 2nd referee), $10 for one-game tie-breakers. Payments will be made on site the last day of the event after you have completed your assignments. If you cannot stay to receive your check, one will be mailed to you within 7 business days after the event. At the event, you will have a payment worksheet that must be filled out and authorized at the conclusion of each day’s play and then turned in before you depart and/or receive payment.
