Sign Up for the Tournament Newsletter:
This year we are organizing a newsletter to get special information out to all interested parties. You will be able to sign up for the newsletter in December. We will sending the newsletter out a few times between the beginning of the year and the start of the event. Check back for more details.

College Recruiting Seminar:
The Asics ®/Tampa Bay’s Big South National Qualifier will have a college recruiting seminar again this year, provided by Prep Recruit.  Please click HERE to get the seminar outline and information on how to register

Coolers and Food:
Please understand that the facilities we use do not allow coolers to be brought into the facility. Coolers may be left outside of the playing facilities. Water bottles are allowed. We ask that you make sure all athletes, parents and members of your traveling party take special care to clean up the trash left behind.

Set up of chairs and tables is also not allowed.

DEADLINE FOR PRE-EVENT ORDERS HAS PASSED -- YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PURCHASE PASSES AT THE EVENT.  SEE THE EVENT AMBASSADOR.
Atlanta’s modern, clean, state of the art train and bus system is a convenient and inexpensive way to travel around the city. Lines connect to most all of your desired destinations; Hartsfield/Jackson International Airport, Georgia World Congress Center, hotels, restaurants and shopping. 

Passes are good from Thursday, March 24 through Sunday, March 27, 2005.  Each pass is $10.00 and good for unlimited rides during those dates.

Tournament Programs:   New Format -- Paperless and NO CHARGE
This year we will be posting the entire schedule on the web site for you to download and print yourself.Check the web site before as close to the time you depart as possible to make sure you get all the necessary program changes. The schedule will be posted by the Wednesday night before the event -- sooner if we can.

PDA Tournament Schedules:     Try Something New  Again This Year!
Do you remember seeing all the college coaches looking at their PDAs during the tournaments last year? Get the entire schedule and program into your PDAs before the event begins or load it on at the event. Go to www.universityathlete.com for more details once we are closer in to the tournament date. It’s the newest, greatest way to follow the tournament efficiently.
