MARTA Transportation Pass Order Form

Deadline to place an order for pre-event delivery -- March 10, 2005
(all other orders will have to be picked up at registration as outlined below)

You can Order MARTA passes in 2 ways:

  1. Fill out this form on-line and click the “Click Here to Submit” button at the bottom of the page.  The form will automatically be sent to us and you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your order.
  2. Print a copy of this form, fill out the information and fax to us at 813-837-1190. Make sure to include an email address that we can use to acknowledge receipt of your order.

You can pay for your order with MasterCard, Visa, or Discover only

There are no minimums required to place an order.


Processing your order........
Once your order is received, we will be processing the payment right away. Your passes will be mailed to the address you provide within 10 days of receipt of your order. (Most likely within 4 days, but 10 just in case we are in the process of reprinting the passes when your order arrives) The first available date for passes to be shipped is January 10, 2005. Orders will be mailed Priority mail, if the order is OVER 10 units, if it is under 10, they will be mailed regular mail. You can choose to have your order picked up at the Team Registration and Check-In on Thursday, March 24  -- but, you would not have the benefit to use the pass until that time.
