Prep Recruit gives INFORMATIONAL seminars to EDUCATE the female student-athletes, their parents and coaches on how to navigate through the complex and overwhelming college volleyball recruiting process.  We educate the athletes with the information they need to effectively communicate with college coaches.  We do this by breaking it down into a manageable, organized checklist for each year in high school.  We are not a recruiting service.  We do not send out player profiles to college coaches, nor do we work with individual athletes.  We highly recommend that parents and coaches attend.  It is crucial for parents to educate themselves about the recruiting process so they feel they are considering all options and aiding their daughter in making the correct decision.   Coaches are frequently asked to offer guidance to their players, so they need to have a clear understanding of how the process works and how they can aid in the promotion of the athlete.  I have worked with several coaches, current and former players from all divisions, NCAA Divisions I, II, III, NAIA and NJCAA as well as pull from my personal experience to compile this information.  There is a 30+ page informational booklet for you to keep throughout your recruiting journey. Educate yourself today!  You can also check out recruiting tip articles written by Andrea on PrepVolleyball.com
