Officiating Clinic
Sunday, January 8th will be set aside for the club’s officiating clinic. This means that all teams will have to be at the gym for the ENTIRE DAY.  This is a once a year thing and is required for all members of the Florida Region, so please set aside the day.

We will be using the morning to have the clinic for rules changes -- there have been some major changes that need to be reviewed!  And then competition will begin after we break for an early lunch.  Gainesville Juniors will be joining us that day for the clinic and our teams will scrimmage for the practical of the clinic. This will replace your regular practice that day.

ALL COACHES MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE.

We may also try to run an IMPACT Clinic during the same time frame for tnew coaches  that need certification.

Champions MLK Tournament -- Jan 15-17 -- Orlando
Coaches meetings are schedule to be 1/2 hour prior to the beginning of wave play at each facility. Report for the meeting where your team is scheduled to play.

Teams are scheduled as follows:
AM wave: 13B, 14B, 16B,
PM wave: 15B, 18B                                       *** 17B may be scheduled in either wave

Each coach is responsible to let their team know what time they are to meet and where on Friday. Our suggestion is to have them meet you in the lobby of the hotel and then go to a dinner, or meet at a restaurant that is located close to the hotel.

Remember to consider the curfew time when planning a dinner !!!!!

ALL TEAMS WILL BE GOING TO THE HOTEL ON FRIDAY NIGHT -- no exceptions for this first event.

Disney AAU -- Jan 29-30 -- Orlando
Coaches meeting is scheduled to be held at the Wide World of Sports Complex on Friday, January 28 at 8:00 pm. ALL COACHES must attend this meeting. 

You must also check your team in prior to the meeting from 6:30-8:00 pm. You will receive all coaches and player credentials at that time. Credentials will need to be with you at all times to enter the event.
